OMNI Builders Risk coverage is one of the most comprehensive property insurance policies on the market today.

Our policy covers the standard perils such as fire, lightning, windstorm, and theft of building materials, but we also offer catastrophe coverage for flood and earthquakes.

OMNI Builders Risk is designed for construction projects up to $1,000,000 for residential projects, $3,000,000 for commercial/office projects; however, higher limits are available subject to approval.

Our standard deductible is $500, but OMNI Builders Risk coverage may be written with optional deductibles of $1,000, $2,500, or more, for larger construction projects.
