At OMNI Builders Risk, Inc , we respect the privacy of our web site visitors. We do use information you provide to better serve your insurance needs. We also recognize that this information belongs to you and that we must treat it accordingly. Our Use of Personal and Non-Personal Information

We collect two kinds of information about our on-line visitors, personal and non-personal information. Visitors are not required to register to access the public pages of OMNI’s sites. Nonpersonal information is collected to track the total number of guests visiting OMNI web sites and to guide our efforts to improve our web sites. To achieve these improvements, OMNI’s web sites , like many web sites, use "cookies" (a small text file placed on the user's hard drive) to facilitate site navigation, maintain quality of online service, provide additional security, and allow the customization of your access to our web sites. Access to pages with content specific to insured lenders or OMNI customers is passwordprotected and requires pre-registration. Personal information acquired through registration is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as may be required by law.

Internet Communication

While OMNI utilizes 128 bit encryption on our password protected websites, the privacy of communication over the Internet cannot be guaranteed, because the Internet is not a secure medium. OMNI does not assume any responsibility for any harm, loss, or damage you may experience or incur by the sending of personal or confidential information over the Internet by or to OMNI.

How do we protect the confidentiality and security of your information?

We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information in our records to our employees who need to know that information to provide our products or services to you, and for other reasons required or permitted by law. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard the confidentiality and security of your nonpublic personal information in our records. Our employees who violate our privacy policy are subject to disciplinary action.
